Processing times
All our orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or on statutory holidays. Times of peak and high volume trade can cause shipping delays of a couple of days. If a major delay is affecting your order, we will contact you by email or phone number.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout when ordering online.
Shipping confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when you package is processed which will include your order number, and another message once your order is shipped.
Duties and taxes
Our website and company are not responsible for duties or taxes that apply to your order. All duties, taxes, and fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipment. If you have received your order and it is damaged, please contact the delivery company that shipped your order to make a damage claim. Save all shipping materials and damaged goods when making a claim.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries and shipments due to incorrectly inputed addresses provided by the customer.
Returns and exchanges
Like our refund policy indicates, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is shipped. All sales are considered final once a product is shipped.
